PLEASE NOTE: This kit is complete however I cannot guarantee that the plaster used to make the base of the tree is too old to set up. This kit is SOLD AS-IS for this reason. All other pieces to this kit are brand new in their sealed bags.

Excellent = Almost like new. May show slight wear from washing.
Very Good = Shows some light wear/fade.
Good = Showing average fading/piling.
Play = May show more than average fading/piling, still in good shape and plenty of wear left. Great for play!
