We don't know much about this mascot but have been told it was design for a car mascot produced in the 1930's and referred to as Rocket Man or Rocketeer.
This is a reproduction as we have managed to purchase an original that we could recast from.
As you can see in all the photos this is a good quality aluminium mascot with fine detailing and design and only minor pitting that we have had fully polished.
