Elizabeth I was Queen of England and Ireland from 17 November 1558 until her death in 1603.
The Union of the Crowns followed her death uniting Scotland and England. She was
the last monarch of the
Tudor dynasty
. This medal appears to be a
commemorative tribute to the Union of the Crown's after her death in 1603.
