Aside from the fading near the spine since it spent most of the time in
a magazine file
that received hours of sunlight each day, it's in Good Minus Condition.
It has normal handling wear.
There is water damage on the front cover close to the right edge, halfway down the page.
Damage to the interior pages is essentially gone by page 7.
Typical corner wear does exist.
The year printed on the front cover is incorrect (1985) and was corrected by hand.
Unless noted above... No tears, no water damage, no missing pages.
