"Warranty" – (not valid if item has been, in any form, tampered with). Item guaranteed to be operational. Should the item fail to be operational, it may be sent back at the expense of the buyer to be tested by our staff. Item repair or replacement issued at our discretion based on those tests. If item repair or replacement is not available, a refund will take place. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Final Value Fees will not be refunded. Warranty applies only to buyers within the United States. Warranty returns are accepted.  The item must be returned in its original condition.  Any modifications and/or alterations will VOID the warranty.  Buyer must contact Seller prior to returning the item and it must be returned within 3 days of receipt.   International purchases are considered Final Sales with no applicable Warranty included

When a buyer initiates a DOA claim we issue them a RMA number and await the return. When the return arrives, we inspect the item for our invisible company markings and inspect the security seals for tampering. If either of these are missing or if the seals have been tampered with the warranty is void. we then check the item to see if it works and that all the components are in working order. If the item is DOA or not as listed we will exchange the item for one that is working (if we do not have inventory for exchange we will issue a refund of the purchase only, we do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back (at the buyers expense) or we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
Payment must be made within 2 days of auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and file an Unpaid Item Claim after 4 days.

US shipping charges are for the continental US only. Buyers in Alaska and Hawaii should contact us before buying for a more accurate shipping quote.
