Please read all the information below. The items we sell are from shelf pulls, damage box, and store returns. These are items that most of the time work just fine and there isn't anything wrong with them. So rather than end up in a land fill, we resell the items that work. Just because these items were bought before and returned or the box was damaged in some way doesn't mean they still can't be used.
So please, it is very important to read everything in the description to make sure you know exactly what you are getting before bidding. Because these are from shelf pulls, damage box or store return there is chance that it could be missing some of the small pieces.
When an item is tested, We will always make sure that it powers on. If when testing the item, a device is available to connect to we will make note of it in the description and note how it worked. When testing, not ever function can be tested, as that would take to long. However we test as many of the functions as possible and include what was tested in the description of the item.
If you should receive an item and not all the functions should work please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case with eBay. All we ask is that you will give us the chance to correct this without eBay involvement. It is very important for us to give nothing but 5 star service.
We know that some of the items we sell are listed as "New Other", that is because it is still in the original packaging with instructions, and looks as though it has never been used. This has been powered on and tested. This came from a pallet of store return shelf pulls. When inspected this did look as though it had been used. This has been plugged in and it works good. There does not seem to be any issues with this. Please know that you can purchase this with confidence that it will work as designed or we will refund your money. It is complete with all items. Please see photos.

The items we sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. We can not test all the items we sell for full functionality, it would take too long. Please do not purchase as a "
brand new
" item and our transaction will be very smooth. If you are not sure if something is included in the auction please ask, don't assume it is or isn't. We do our best to describe what we see accurately but If we miss something, We are only human.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item. We will ship priority mail when we can. We try to keep shipping cost as low as possible so not all items will ship USPS Priority Mail. We also use UPS or FedEx for shipping. Shipping is at our discretion. 99.9% of all shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. We do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live. UPS ground does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes.
Hawaii, Alaska  are excluded from shipping.
Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase. You will see that the tracking information is provided as soon as payment is made and ready for shipping.
Shipping insurance:
All items will carry the usual shipping insurance of that provider.
We only ship to the confirmed address you have in E-bay and Pay Pal.

We encourage you to ask any questions you may have, please don't assume anything. In an attempt to keep normal hours, we will try to respond to emails during the hours of 9am-5pm (Mountain time) Monday thru Friday. We do try to check my messages periodically through out the night if we can. Saturday & Sunday we will relax ( we hope ).
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
We do offer refunds if an item is defective. We do not pay for return shipping. Your refund will be deposited back into your Pay Pal account as soon as the item is returned.
We try to describe the item as accurately as we can. Remember to ask questions about the item before bidding. That way when you receive your item you aren?t surprised that it is not as you expected. And remember that this is not a new item so don't expect it to be when you receive it, but instead a used item in as good as condition as described. Then there will be no need for you to ask for or want a refund.
