Lovely and very, very rare ankh pendant from the MMA (NY Metropolitan Museum of Art). The ankh or looped cross is the Egyptian symbol of life. This piece is silver plated and has a slightly hammered texture. It is in superb, mint condition. It is signed MMA but not stamped as
to
year issued. We have not found one in our research and so believe it is a very rare find. Approximate measurements:
