    Description

    You are bidding on 2 AARON COPLAND (1900 comp-1990) US Mint Congressional Bronze Medals awarded to Copland, "Dean of American Composers,"
    by President Ronald Reagan in 1986, sculpted by Michael Iacocca (1935-2001). Iaocca's name appears under Copland's collar. One original gold 3" medal was presented to Copland.
    The larger medal is 3" in diameter, weighing 7.7 ounces and 1/4" thick. (there is a US MINT 2 piece plastic holder for larger medal).
    The small medal is 1-1/2" in diameter.
    Both are in sealed, unopened plastic holder, "Aaron Copland, American composer born 1900"; reverse has printed
    A Leading Spirit in the Development of American Music 1986 Act of Congress."
    Both in excellent condition.
