2023 : The LAST of the BRITANNIA COINS TO FEATURE QUEEN ELIZABETH II –
This coin is the final issue of the 2023 Britannia series to feature Queen Elizabeth II - making it high-demand coin for collectors.
A new design, featuring King Charles III's effigy, will be issued in the new year (2023).

along with the face value of 2 pounds.

Features artwork by Philip Nathan that depicts the internationally recognized Britannia figure standing firm against a powerful wind. Her visage has symbolized Britain's strength and integrity on coinage since Roman times. The reverse includes a latent image, surface animation, tincture lines and micro text for added security.
A new design, featuring King Charles III's effigy, will be issued in the new year (2023) . I purchased a sealed 25-coin roll new - directly from The Royal Mint- London, sent them into NGC for certification, and recently received them back from NGC.
