This is the special 50th Anniversary of Decimal Day commemorative silver proof coin.  This is the Machin Obverse Portrait variation of this coin.  Only 550 of these coins were minted and they were only available as part of the complete silver annual proof set.  As of 9/7/21, the NGC population for this coin in PF70 is 10.
